Seoul Portrait Photographer: OthersMayForgetYouButNotI — Freeway Single Session

Tim Franco photographed Seoul indie band OthersMayForgetYouButNotI in a studio portrait session to mark the release of their new single, Freeway.

The band — Danny (guitar, vocals), Jungle (bass, vocals) & Brad (drums, vocals) — have become one of Seoul's most talked-about live acts, known for their 80s new wave sound and cinematic stage presence.

For this session Tim reached for medium format film: a Pentax 6x7 loaded with Kodak TMax 400 for the primary portraits, and a Rolleicord with Ilford 3200 for a grainier, more unpredictable quality — visible in the opener. Shooting on film with a band this visually attuned felt like a natural fit.
