Tim Franco is a commercial photographer based between Seoul, Paris, and Shanghai, available for assignments across Asia and Europe — South Korea, China, Japan, France, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He works as a portrait photographer, architecture photographer, editorial photographer, corporate photographer, and lifestyle photographer for brands and publications worldwide.

He is also the founder and creative director of Propaganda Studio, a photography and video production agency operating across Asia. Through the studio, Tim leads full-scale productions — from casting and locations to final delivery — for advertising campaigns, luxury retail, and corporate projects throughout the region.

Past clients include Apple, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Celine, AMI, Graff, FedEx, Amore Pacific, Jumeirah Hotels, Rio Tinto, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Monocle, and National Geographic.
